Returns & Exchanges

Whitman accepts returns on items purchased directly from whitman.com within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and returned in original packaging with all components included.

All returns require a Return Authorization (RA). To request an RA, please contact Customer Service at 1-800-546-2995 (Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. CST).

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Whitman will cover return shipping for defective or damaged items. If your order arrives damaged, please contact Customer Service promptly for assistance.

Please note: Whitman can only accept returns for items purchased directly from whitman.com. Products purchased through other retailers, distributors, or marketplaces (including Amazon or third-party sellers) must be returned through the original place of purchase in accordance with their return policies.

Certain items, including clearance and special-order products, may not be eligible for return.
